Mission:

Our mission is to help vacant land owners design & construct custom single family homes, while becoming the construction technologist for the small ( < 19 employees ) localized family businesses which largely construct them.  
 

We will make it as simple to design & construct a new home on vacant land, as it is to buy an existing home.
